- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on forklifts and other MHE
- Identify issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Maintain service logs and inventory records using diagnostic tools and basic computer software
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on all equipment
- Coordinate with operations teams for timely repair and equipment availability
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety and manufacturer standards
- Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and parts requisitions
- Work on-site in warehouse environments and respond to urgent repair tasks
- Diploma or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in forklift and MHE repair
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills to operate diagnostics and maintain logs
- Physically fit and able to work in warehouse environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
