As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will help create a seamless and energetic guest experience at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. From setting up service areas to serving meals and beverages, your role contributes to a relaxed, interactive environment for guests and supports the team in delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant, lounge, or event F&B operations
- Assist in setting up tables, preparing service areas, and replenishing supplies
- Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining and kitchen areas
- Interact confidently with guests, offering friendly and helpful service
- Follow Marriott's health and safety protocols and Aloft brand standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage service experience is a plus
- Energetic, self-assured, and guest-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift during long shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, casual, and team-driven setting
