Job Description:We are seeking a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our ITP Gaming division.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for video editing within the gaming industry. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow their editing skills and help create content that resonates with a gaming audience.ITP Gaming provides 360-degree campaign management and execution across the GCC, working with top global game publishers, hardware providers, non-endemic brands, and influencers to bring the biggest gaming launches and initiatives to the region.Requirements

Strong command of Arabic & English (writing and speaking)

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software

Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plus

A passion for gaming and strong awareness of gaming content trends

Understanding of social media platforms (particularly YouTube and Instagram)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

ResponsibilitiesEditing & Content Creation

Edit gameplay videos, trailers, social clips, and recap content for YouTube and social media

Implement best practices in video editing for YouTube (thumbnails, pacing, retention, etc.)

Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to life

Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions

Assist with podcast video editing and uploading

Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputs

Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate closely with the social and editorial teams to align on publishing schedules

Collaborate with the production team to manage post-production timelines and deliverables

Support the development of creative proposals and visual references when needed

Analytics & Improvement

Analyse content performance on YouTube and other platforms to optimize future videos

Stay updated with editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours in the gaming space
