- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Visit salons, spas, hotels, and beauty retailers regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest product launches, market trends, and competitor activities to better serve customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses,
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
- Educate clients on product features and benefits through demonstrations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on sales strategies and objectives.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM practices and systems.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- This role requires frequent travel to visit clients within the assigned territory or suppliers.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
