A well-established European Interior Build & Contracting Group based in Dubai is on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join their team. This role is focused specifically on luxury villa projects and villa renovations, and requires hands-on experience in joinery drafting within the UAE. The ideal candidate will contribute to the team by developing high-quality, precise technical drawings for premium residential fit-outs.Key Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in AutoCAD drafting specifically for joinery and architectural works within the UAE
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Prior experience working on high-end luxury villa interiors and renovation projects is essential

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and precise joinery, fit-out, and architectural drawings for villas and villa renovation projects
Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to develop refined interior concepts
Create technical documents, construction details, and project specifications as required
Ensure all drawings align with UAE building codes and design standards
Work efficiently to meet tight project timelines while upholding the highest quality standards
