  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries related to health insurance policies.
  • Support clients throughout the policy cycle – from onboarding to renewals and claims assistance.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to secure quotations, clarify policy terms, and manage endorsements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, comparisons, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely processing of requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales and account management team to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
