As a Commis I in the Cold Kitchen, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of cold dishes such as salads, cold appetizers, and desserts. You will work under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to maintain high culinary standards and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of cold dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Assist in stock management and rotation to minimize waste
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulationsCandidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commis or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
