- Process day-to-day transactions related to inward/outward remittances, PDCs, deposits, loans, and clearing with precision
- Prioritize urgent and high-value transactions for timely processing before cut-off times
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, SLA timelines, and compliance standards
- Ensure proper reconciliation of suspense accounts and perform daily reconciliations per SOPs
- Monitor and process transactions in accordance with Risk Management Unit (RMU) guidelines
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/process changes across the bank
- Handle queries from internal departments and correspondent banks efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to service quality by maintaining confidentiality and providing 24x7 support for VVIP clients
- Manage safe custody and archiving of all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Provide feedback for operational process improvements and risk mitigation
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports for management and audit teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in cash management or transaction processing
- Knowledge of remittance products, clearing, and core banking systems
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude
- Proven ability to manage documentation and maintain data confidentiality
