- Manage complete fund accounting processes across multiple entities and currencies
- Prepare NAV packs, calculate daily P/L and NAV, and perform fund performance analysis
- Generate valuations and detailed reports for private equity and family office clients
- Supervise teams in NAV close workflows, capital activity, and investor reporting
- Perform reconciliations such as cash and position reconciliations, resolving discrepancies
- Analyze fund performance metrics including IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DVPI, and DPI
- Advise clients on fund launches, technical accounting issues, and reporting improvements
- Coordinate with clients, audit teams, and administrators on reporting and audit requests
- Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports and other management information packs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in private equity and fund management, ideally with leading global investment firms
- Strong understanding of private equity investments, NAV reporting, and fund accounting systems
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Work with leading global investment and family office clients in the UAE
