- Lead, train, and manage a team of fleet sales representatives.
- Provide mentorship and support to enhance the team's performance.
- Monitor individual sales performance and help the team to achieve their sales goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and support.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with fleet customers, ensuring the profitability of each deal.
- Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract compliance and follow up on contract renewals.
