Fleet Sales ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties And Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed fleet sales targets.
  • Identify potential fleet customers and develop approaches for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set quotas, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet customers, including corporate clients, government bodies, and other large organizations.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews with fleet clients to address their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of fleet sales representatives.
  • Provide mentorship and support to enhance the team's performance.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and help the team to achieve their sales goals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and support.
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with fleet customers, ensuring the profitability of each deal.
  • Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract compliance and follow up on contract renewals.
