- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for golf.
- Ability to host and manage groups of guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
