- Oversee your designated kitchen station for both the pizza and cafe concepts, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a seamless workflow.
- Execute menu items to the highest standards, ensuring every dish reflects the distinct identity and quality of each brand.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control for all ingredients and food preparation at your station.
- Support the senior kitchen staff in training junior team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Actively participate in all food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering for your station, helping to minimize waste and control food costs.
- Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and safety at your station, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef on the development of new promotions and menu offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise at your station, from equipment problems to production challenges.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with specific experience in both New York-style pizza and cafe/breakfast concepts.
- A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with management.
- Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
