Camp Boss

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and Ad-hoc reports and presentations as required by Management.
• Scrutinizing all leave applications prior to dispatch to Head Office for approvals
• Allocate employees for deployment at Client sites
• Ensure the Deployment nos are met with as per Client requirements
• Prepare & submit Daily Deployment & Idle report. Provide support for all HC related issues
• Update all approved timesheets in HRMS
• Collect all Salary grievances & then send them to Payroll for resolution
• Follow up with Payroll team for closure
• Compliant to Co. HSEQ policies & procedures.
• Assist in the development, implementation and supervision of a diversified camp program in cooperation with the Program Supervisor.
• Prepare staff schedule, ensure appropriate staff coverage during arrival and departure of campers. Maintain and oversee accurate administrative, attendance, and medical records for camp.
