As a Demand Planner at Halcon, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between customer requirements and production capabilities. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and consolidating demand from various internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective planning to support operations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure production schedules align with organizational goals and are executed efficiently through SAP.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and circulate monthly demand derived from project inputs to initiate supply planning activitiesDevelop and maintain production schedules based on projected demand to ensure customer satisfactionModify and adapt production plans in response to engineering changes and material availabilityCoordinate closely with Program Management, Engineering, SCM, and Manufacturing to fulfill demand on timeEnsure ERP (SAP) systems are updated with real-time data, including material consumption and activity confirmationDevelop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts at various aggregation levelsValidate demand plans using cross-functional data inputs as part of integrated business planningAnalyze supply-demand constraints and risks; recommend actions for inventory optimizationGenerate and present monthly KPIs and performance reports across departmentsQualifications:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field10-12 years of experience in demand planning and project schedulingStrong hands-on experience with SAP for planning and reportingProven ability to manage multiple projects with consistent resultsFluent in EnglishPreferred:5+ years of industry or region-specific experienceExperienced in business planning and S&OP processesKey Competencies:Behavioral:Planning and OrganizingTime and Process ManagementAbility to Work Under PressureSelf-Motivated and Result-DrivenProblem Solving and TroubleshootingFunctional:Resource ManagementOperational AcumenOperational ExcellenceMaterial Resource Planning (MRP)ERP (SAP) Expertise#Halcon
