Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.Manage self and identify and take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment HSE and Risk ManagementAdhere to all relevant HSE procedures, instructions and controls so that Client provides a safe working environment and a world class service to customers.Identify opportunities and participate in company initiatives to drive continuous process and safety improvements in all areasRequired SkillsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.High School diploma / apprenticeship / relevant on job experience in a relevant industry.Must have mechanical aptitude and math skills.Must be able to operate and perform minor maintenance on all machines in the department, identify defective material, and correct the faulty operations that produce the defective parts.Must have the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical problems.Must have the ability to read, interpret, and implement all applicable procedures (i.e., Resin Mixing and Statement of Work Instructions).Must have basic computer skills.Must have the ability to be cross-functional within departments when required.Must be familiar with all plant policies and procedures (i.e., quality, safety, human resources, etc.).Must be able to work as a team member.Must be able to perform all other duties as assigned.Must have excellent time keeping and attendance record.
