- Collaborate closely with architects and contractors to integrate fire safety solutions into building designs.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of fire alarm and suppression systems, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that fire fighting projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular training sessions for site personnel on fire safety practices and equipment usage.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to fire safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact for fire safety inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in fire fighting system design and implementation.
- Professional certifications such as NFPA, FPE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects, especially in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and standards, including NFPA and local regulations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse project environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and safety.
- Physical fitness to conduct site inspections and manage on-site safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
