- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office assistant positions
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documents, reports, and records using MS Excel and Word
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage senior staff calendars
- Coordinate office activities and operations to comply with company policies
- Manage internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents
- Analyze and improve standard operating procedures to maintain workflow efficiency
- Support organizational goals while maintaining best practices
- Handle multiple projects, including preparing and monitoring invoices
- Liaise with clients via email or phone to respond to inquiries and provide project-related
