• Experience in High-end Camp & Facilities development & Management in remote area - Western Region
• Minimum of 10 years experience, must have worked in Mega Project & development.
• Civil Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Industry Software: Proficiency in industry software, such as Autodesk, Revit, and MS Project.
