We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety of patrons at our aquatic facility. The primary duty of the Lifeguard is to prevent accidents and respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.Job Responsibility:
1. Monitor swimmers and ensure their safety by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
2. Respond quickly to any emergencies or accidents by performing water rescues and providing first aid as needed.
3. Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area, including organizing pool equipment and enforcing hygiene regulations.
5. Communicate effectively with patrons, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Candidate Requirements:
1. Valid Lifeguard certification and CPR certification.
2. Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues.
3. Good physical condition and ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
6. Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred.SkillsSkills:
