- Prepare detailed cost plans during the early phases of real estate development projects, supporting feasibility studies and financial planning
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align conceptual designs with budgetary constraints and provide proactive cost advice
- Assist in developing procurement strategies and value engineering proposals to optimize project economics
- Refine cost estimates throughout design evolution, conducting regular cost checks and risk analyses
- Support the preparation of tender documents and ensure financial due diligence is maintained
- Prepare accurate and structured Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring itemization, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure cost control is maintained through all pre-contract stages
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in cost planning, ideally within a cost consultancy or developer environment
- Strong background in pre-contract quantity surveying for civil and infrastructure works
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost planning tools such as Planswift or BIM software
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to budget alignment
- Effective communication skills and ability to liaise across multidisciplinary teams
