You'll join a growing team in the TIC sector, supporting both operational and administrative functions. From coordinating inspections to maintaining organized records, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on schedule and teams aligned.What You'll Do:
- Coordinate inspections, bookings, and job files with operations and field teams
- Maintain document control (COI/COC files, reports, POs, invoices) and ensure records are organized.
- Prepare correspondence, trackers, dashboards, and follow up on pending actions.
- Support data entry and generate simple management reports.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep timelines on track
