This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a reputable, growing, and well established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Abu Dhabi as part of their cost and commercial team. This is a secondment opportunity with long term options to pivot over to working directly for the client.The perfect Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
Around 7 to 10 years industry experience (post-graduate)
A strong hospitality experience (Essential) including luxury hospitality
MRICS Chartered (Desired)
At least 2 years in the GCC (Essential)
Must have buildings experience which includes, Luxury Hotels, Convention Centres, and/ or Corporate Event Spaces (Essential)
