Executive - Provider Management

• Contact Healthcare Service providers for Empanelment

• Managing Empanelment process, documentation and onboarding of Healthcare Provider.

• Tariff negotiation with Service Providers

• Managing escalations related to Service Providers

• Coordinating with billing department for timely payment to Service Providers

• Making outbound calls to potential customers, convincing them, gathering requirements and coordinating with the Internal team to get the treatment plan and share with the customer.

• Liaison with Medical concierge team to arrange for patient appointment at the Hospital and make Patient travel arrangements where necessary.

• Keep records of interactions, processes, accounts and file documents

• Strong follow-up with clients and Provi
