Teacher Requirements

UK-recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed. or PGCE + QTS)
At least two years' experience teaching Art at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design (GCSE and A-Level)
Creativity, passion, and commitment to nurturing artistic talent
Willingness to contribute to extracurricular arts initiatives, exhibitions, and school events
