Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and update computer hardware and software applications.
Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.
Assist in setting up new equipment and preparing workstations for new employees.
Document issues, solutions, and activities in ticketing systems.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary.
Ensure security protocols are followed, including virus protection and data backup.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Provide training and guidance to users on basic IT procedures and best practices.Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
