Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees accurately and timely.
- Manage the timesheet collection process for multiple clients.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
- Send timely reminders to employees regarding timesheet submission deadlines.
- Validate timesheets for accuracy and completeness, including verification of leave information and manager approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of timesheet submissions, leave applications, and employee data.
- Follow up with employees who have not submitted timesheets, utilizing various communication channels.
- Identify and report timesheet defaulters to Team leader/ manager.
- Provide support to the accounting team by ensuring timely delivery of validated timesheets.
- Utilize various software applications for data management and communication
- Coordinate with AM team to maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on UAE labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR operations to ensure accurate recording of employee attendance and leaves.
- Weekly basis ad hoc payments and EOSB review
