- Lead advanced analytics initiatives across Al-Futtaim Group to drive measurable ROI
- Deliver machine learning models and solutions using structured and unstructured data
- Perform quality assessments, validate outcomes, and support model deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors to identify new use cases
- Develop reusable analytics frameworks, monitoring tools, and QA protocols
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical and project-related tasks
- Contribute to the standardization of scalable, enterprise-level data science practices
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, algorithms, and best practices in AI and ML
- 7+ years of experience in data science, including 3+ years deploying ML/DL solutions in real-time or batch pipelines
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, Spark, and rapid prototyping environments
- Proven expertise in Azure services including Azure ML, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Docker
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, forecasting, and optimization models
- Practical experience in experimental design, model evaluation, and impact analysis
- Confident communicator capable of explaining ML design and decisions to engineers, product managers, and business leaders
- Skilled in CI/CD, MLOps, and scalable ML architecture
