- Coordinate with property occupiers to arrange suitable inspection times
- Conduct property inspections punctually and record detailed notes
- Capture a complete set of property photographs and upload with notes to the designated system folder
- Check property condition and surrounding areas during inspections
- Present the company in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure inspection notes and photographs are uploaded in a timely manner for valuation purposes
- Follow health and safety precautions during site visits, including readiness when driving across the city
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong geographical knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to represent the company with integrity
