Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Inspector Civil to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this unique role, you will combine the responsibilities of a civil inspector with those of a property developer, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while contributing to their successful development.

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to review and approve construction plans and designs
Identify and report any deviations from approved plans or potential safety hazards
Participate in the development process, providing insights on land use, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations
Analyze site conditions and propose solutions to overcome challenges in the development process
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all site visits and findings
Assist in the creation and review of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection and development processes
Stay updated on industry trends, new construction technologies, and changes in local regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, construction inspection, or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices
Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and GIS applications
Strong understanding of land development processes and real estate project lifecycles
Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards in the construction industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and data analysis
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations within Dubai and the UAE
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
