- Draft and structure HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and an Employee Handbook tailored to KSA labor law.
- Design and implement the complete HR lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance frameworks.
- Establish onboarding and orientation guidelines for new hires across technical and corporate roles
- Build frameworks for disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and exit processes
- Advise on Saudization requirements, visa processing, and KSA-specific employment regulations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor code, GOSI, and Middle East HR practices
- Support contract structuring, leave management, and compensation policy drafting
- Recommend or help deploy simple HR tools for automation, tracking, and reporting.
