- Provide outstanding table service, attending promptly to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience
- Set up dining areas with meticulous attention to cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently and courteously
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, addressing queries and requests with discretion and care
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure synchronised and efficient service
- Present bills and process payments accurately
- Assist with event set-up, service, and clean-down as required
- Monitor stock levels of service items and coordinate replenishment as directed
- Uphold the standards and reputation of the employer through exemplary conduct and presentation
- Filipino nationality is mandatory for visa and employment purposes
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Restaurant Server, or in a similar food and beverage service role preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and formal service etiquette is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional proficiency in English
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during special events as required
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- References from previous hospitality employers are desirable
