- Process monthly payroll via SAP HCM including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and gratuity
- Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards
- Manage full employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding
- Support performance management by assisting in KPI setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and salary increments
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Address employee grievances and oversee disciplinary procedures in a fair manner
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 4 to 6 years' relevant experience in payroll and HR operations within the UAE
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and WPS system
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving capabilities
