Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, managers, and port agents for afloat repair services.Monitor vessel movements, port calls, and urgent repair opportunities in UAE ports (Jebel Ali, Port Rashid, Hamriyah, Fujairah, etc.) including main fleet vessels.Prepare competitive and accurate quotations in coordination with the technical estimation team & operation manager.Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed work orders.Coordinate with the Afloat Operations to ensure resource availability and timely job execution.Ensure smooth handover of confirmed jobs to the technical team and remain the point of contact for commercial issues.Identify new business opportunities and markets in afloat services (e.g., mechanical, electrical, piping, steel repairs).Maintain client satisfaction through post-service engagement and handling complaints or concerns.Represent the company at marine trade events and port authority engagements.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in marine engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Ship repair field.Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.Deep understanding of afloat repair capabilities, limitations, and port regulations in the UAE.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in ship repair or marine services.Familiar with UAE port entry procedures, safety rules, and hot work protocols.
