  • Position: Foreman with Construction Background
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman with a strong construction background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plans and specifications.Qualifications and Skills:
  • - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • - Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • - Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • - Monitor progress and productivity on site, and identify and address any issues that may arise.
  • - Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • - Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • - Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • - Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues that arise.
  • - Train and mentor junior staff and provide guidance and support to ensure their development and growth within the company.
